The Vault Table Target Pad offers athletic gymnasts an efficient training aid. It provides a visual target for hand placement on the table, thereby reducing fatigue and injury from repetitive practice. The pad is 2.25" thick and fits any vault table with four straps and D-rings. This combination of features allows athletes to accurately practice their skills in a safe and functional environment.
