Resilient underlayment, a key component of wrestling room subflooring, is designed to absorb and mitigate impact. This layer is indispensable in any wrestling room, ensuring that athletes are protected from the harsh effects of wrestling. 

Measuring 1 1/4" thick, this Foam Underlayment is made of crosslink polyethylene and is sold in rolls of 6' wide by 42' long. Adding Foam Underlayment provides a significant increase to the shock absorbency and impact protection for your wrestling mat.
