Refund policy

 CANCELLATION

Resilite reserves the right to charge cancellation and/or restocking fees for orders that were confirmed and then canceled before shipment. Such fee(s) will be at most 10% of the total purchase price.

METHODS OF PAYMENT

Orders may be paid for by check, money order or credit card.

REFUNDS/RETURNS

Resilite Sports Products manufactures most items per order. Products that are fully customized in size, shape, color, markings or other features are not able to be returned or exchanged. Returned goods WILL only be accepted with prior authorization. The customer is responsible for all inbound & outbound shipping charges. Item will be inspected upon arrival for any damages and any signs of use. A 20% restocking fee will be assessed on all goods returned. This process may take up to three weeks to complete.
