The mat is 3.25" thick and is made of 1.25" XL Polyethylene foam and 2" 16-50 Polyurethane foam, designed to absorb shock during high activity. 48" wide x 60" long, it includes a 5" x 60" anchor flap and features carry handles and folds in half for convenient storage.
