When a Resilite truck pulled into Chattahoochee High School in Johns Creek, GA, on August 21, it brought more than new wrestling mats. It created a moment the wrestling team won’t soon forget—thanks to the skill, professionalism, and care of driver Kevin Snyder.
A Delivery to Remember
Behind the wheel was Kevin, who joined Resilite in April of this year. In the days leading up to the delivery, he stayed in close contact with the school to ensure they were prepared. That proactive approach led the head coach to send an email praising their experience. On arrival, Kevin maneuvered through a notoriously tight parking lot so skillfully that the wrestlers applauded as he parked.
“Kevin was AWESOME during our mat delivery. His driving skills impressed everyone, and he went above and beyond to help the boys. He made it a moment they’ll always remember.”
— JJ Hicks, Head Wrestling Coach, Chattahoochee High School
Kevin then went the extra mile, showing the athletes the safest way to move their new mats into their wrestling room, known as “The Pitt.” For him, going above and beyond isn’t unusual—it’s simply who he is.

Passion for the Journey
With over 40 years of driving experience and the discipline of a U.S. Army veteran, Kevin brings unmatched dedication to the job. Originally from Mifflinburg, PA, he sees his role as far more than transporting mats from point A to point B.
“I really like our product, and I’ve noticed how much the kids at these schools love it too,” Kevin shared. “I want to make it a memorable moment each time I make a delivery.”
Whether navigating a campus with tight corners or hauling 12 to 14 mats in a single trip, Kevin approaches each challenge with determination. “Every week, every day is a different opportunity to continue to improve my skills and grow as a driver,” he explains.
Rooted in Faith, Family, and Joy
Off the road, Kevin’s life is anchored in faith, family, and joy. His home community keeps him grounded during long stretches away, and nothing compares to weekends spent with his wife and their 11 grandchildren, ranging in age from 15 years to just 6 months. Even small details—like his favorite summer routes through the Midwest or his go-to road snacks of sugar waffles and dark chocolate—reflect his joy for life. He doesn’t just drive miles; he embraces them.
Words to Live By
For Kevin, resilience is more than a Resilite value—it’s a way of life. His guiding principle is simple but powerful:
“In life, times get tough. Never give up hope and never give up your faith.”
Kevin Snyder is more than a driver. He’s a reminder that passion, positivity, and purpose can turn everyday work into something truly meaningful. That’s the kind of impact that lasts long after the mats are rolled out.
