Paul led Resilite Sports Products for 35 years, guiding the company with integrity, vision, and a lifelong dedication to the wrestling community. During that time, he chaired the ASTM Committee responsible for developing impact standards for sports mats and padding—benchmarks that continue to improve wrestling safety and protect athletes on both practice and competition surfaces.
Under Paul’s leadership, Resilite introduced Digi-Print® technology for mat artwork, revolutionizing how programs brand their wrestling rooms and competition mats. This innovation allowed schools and clubs to showcase their team spirit while keeping the durability and performance that have defined Resilite wrestling mats since 1959.
