Flex-Cut Carpet-Bonded Foam from Resilite offers a safe and reliable gym flooring solution. Each roll is 6' wide x 42' long, available in 1-3/8" or 2" thicknesses. Heat-laminated with a polyester needle-punched carpet, the high-quality foam offers excellent rebound and is easy to move and transport. Choose from different color options or call the Resilite office for special orders.

All of our mats (other than our in-stock products) are made-to-order. For our folding mats, landing mats, and other sewn/vinyl products, our current lead times are 6-10 weeks. Our home-use wrestling mats are 8-10 weeks, while our larger wrestling mats are anywhere from 26-30 weeks, depending on the product.
