Custom manufactured products such as wrestling mats and wall padding are not returnable for a refund. Under certain conditions some Resilite manufactured products may be returnable for a 25% restocking charge plus all freight charges. Written authorization must be received from the factory prior to returning merchandise. See Resilite Guarantee for complete details.

Resilite manufactured products are guaranteed against defects in workmanship and materials. Should a product be defective, written authorization must be received from the factory before it may be returned.

Freight damages or shortages must be noted on the bill of lading before signing it. If a shipment is damaged by a common carrier, a damage claim must be filed with the carrier immediately. Please call Resilite at 1-800-843-6287 should damage or shortages occur.
