Resilite manufactures a wide variety of martial arts mats for martial arts and combative art fields. We have sold our martial arts mats across the country to martial arts training facilities, US military forces, the FBI, and schools. Because martial arts and combative art fields cover such a wide range of style and skill levels, we recommend that you review our floor mats to find the type of Resilite marital arts mat that is right for your martial arts school, training facility, or home.

Our custom "wrestling" mats are one of our most popular floor martial arts mats for martial arts and combative fields. These martial arts mats are specifically designed for impact and are made of AMC2 or ALC foam cores, which are hot-sprayed with our Polyvinyl Formula #457 coating. The Polyvinyl is applied on both sides of the martial arts mat and all of the edges. These types of martial arts mats can be manufactured in any size, number of sections, and customized with your martial art logo.

Resilite offers three thicknesses in our wrestling mats but we suggest only our 1" or 1-1/4" thicknesses for a martial arts mat.

For martial arts that involve fast foot movements (such as Tai Kwon Do and Kung Fu) we suggest using our RSP600 1" thick wrestling mats. This martial arts mat provides good impact resilience while not being too soft for feet to sink into.

For martial arts that involve slower foot movement (such as Karate, Jujitsu, Judo) we suggest using our RSP625 1-1/4" thick wrestling mats. This martial arts mat provides additional impact protection but is slightly softer so feet will sink in.

Resilite Folding Martial Arts Mats are available in a variety of standard sizes and thicknesses. These martial arts mats are covered in our heavy-duty 18-oz double-coated polyester fabric and are available in a number of colors. Martial arts mats fold for easy stacking and storage. Optional Velcro® system allows you to extend martial arts mats by width and/or by length. As a dual-use feature, martial arts mats can be hung on the wall as wall protective padding.

RGM 584 Series Training martial arts mats are ideal for practicing controlled throws and falls. The foam core is 10-3/4" semi-soft polyurethane used over 1-3/8" layer of firm crosslink polyethylene foam to prevent bottoming out on the martial arts mat . This provides a safe landing surface on which anyone can learn a new skill with increased safety and confidence.

For use in conjunction with martial arts mats and other mat products, Resilite offers three general types of wall padding. These pads provide protection and are aesthetically pleasing. Lettering, corporate logos, and sponsor logos can be added as a final touch.
