Paul Gilbert started at Resilite in 1984. He oversees all operations. Paul graduated from Bloomsburg University with a bachelor of science degree in Business Management. Paul also serves as chairman of the ASTM subcommittee 8.12 that develops standards for wrestling mats, gymnastic mats, and wall padding.

Mark attended Trenton State College and received a bachelor of science degree in Business Administration. After serving five years in the United States Air Force, he came to Resilite in 1986. Mark and a core of dedicated employees, oversee the design and production of all gymnastic and wall padding products.

Miriam and her husband, "Sam", has worked with Resilite for over 40 years (since 1965). Sam retired in 2003 as Resilite's wall mat installer and sprayer. Miriam manages the office and has helped Sam install quite a few wall padding jobs. Her choice of course. It gave her a break from the office and allowed her to meet coaches and dealers.

Mike brings to Resilite a tremendous knowledge in managing and motivating sales teams. Mike is always searching for ways to increase sales and maintain our high level of customer satisfaction. We look forward to improving our dealer training, education, and inter office communication.

Tim attended Pennsylvania College of Technology where he earned an A. A. in
Business Management. After serving as the Finished Goods Coordinator for the last 10 years, Tim has taken on the duties of Gymnastic Division Production Manager. Tim also frequently represents Resilite at various industry trade shows.

In 1990, Vu came to Resilite to manage the scheduling productivity of wrestling mats to meet deliveries. He also coordinates with OSHA, safety, and computer systems of Resilite.

Crystal works closely with our production departments, shipping and graphics. Crystal also does a great job with all of the safety aspects and documentation.

Rich has been with Resilite since 1965. He was a sprayer for most of those years and is in charge of quality control for our wrestling mat division.

In 1990, Wayne started in Resilite's mat assembly department. He manages the assembly and reconditioning of wrestling mats.

William (Bill) manages gymnastics and wall padding products incoming and outgoing. Bill also coordinates our UPS shipments.

Ruth has been with Resilite since 1969. She handles bids, quotations and is very familiar with most all office related issues.

At one time or other, she has done order entry, account receivable and account payable.

Wendy started with Resilite back in 1995. She currently does the company invoicing and dealers commissions.

Wendy maintains the "home use" wrestling mat stock list and is Resilites "go-to" person for puzzle mats.

Since 2001, Cathy is in charge of shipping documents for both Resilite trucks and public carrier shipments. She notifies the client when their order is ready to be shipped (when requested) and makes arrangements for reconditioning pick-ups.

In 2002, Railyn joined Resilite as our order entry, customer service personnel. She is our order entry personnel for all orders and is in charge of credit. Railyn will complete order specifications and confirmations.

Teresa comes to Resilite well experienced in customer service and accounts payable. Teresa also will assist you in any catalog or literature requests you may have.

Jeff joined Resilite's management team in 2006 as the Director of Marketing and heads our Graphic Design Department. With nearly 20 years of graphic design and marketing experience, Jeff is responsible for developing advertising campaigns, designing brochures, product literature, trade show displays and monitoring the corporate web site.

In 2004, Travis joined Resilite as a graphic designer. His printing background and attention to detail are an asset to Resilite. He creates custom layouts and logos for our wrestling mat and wall padding orders.
