Resilite ships products by our own fleet of tractor-trailers, FedEx, or common freight carriers. Resilite operates its own fleet of tractor-trailers for delivery of large wrestling mats and large gymnastic orders to reduce the risk of damage. Our large shipping volume has resulted in substantial freight discounts from nearly every large freight carrier serving the nation. These savings are passed on directly to you.

Wrestling Mats

Delivery of Large Wrestling & Reconditioned Mats

Delivery of Large Wrestling & Reconditioned Mats Resilite operates its own fleet of tractor-trailers for delivery of large wrestling mats. This does not include shipment of home-use wrestling mats (30' & smaller). Our large shipping volume saves you money and reduces the risk of damage. Discounts are available if a wrestling mat is picked up at the factory. Resilite's shipping quotation is based upon square footage of mats larger than 30' x 30' (900 sq ft) and delivery location within the United States. Wrestling mats are generally shipped within 6 to 8 weeks after your Order Acknowledgement has been received at Resilite. During peak production periods, delivery times may be extended depending on volume. Please check with our office for a delivery schedule when you place your order. Generally, a wrestling mat order will be scheduled for delivery when our tractor-trailer can deliver a full load of mats within your vicinity or route.

When ordering, please specify if there are any dates that you will be unwilling to accept your mat (ie. Under Construction). Resilite does not have the storage space to store mats after they are manufactured when they are ready for delivery to a customer.

After a mat has been manufactured, Resilite or your local Resilite dealer will contact you about setting up a time when the mats will be delivered. It will be your responsibility to provide enough personnel to help unload the mat from the truck at the time of delivery.

Upon arrival at your facility, your mat will require extra curing time. Please refer to the care and handling instructions that will be shipped with your mat.

Delivery of Wrestling Mats smaller than 30' x 30' (< 900 sq ft)

Wrestling mats 30'x 30' or smaller must be shipped via common carrier and require additional cost for shipping. Tailgate Delivery. We contract with a variety of carriers to ensure you get the best freight cost possible, as well as minimizing any damage that can occur shipping.

Upon arrival at your facility your mat will require extra curing time. Please refer to the care and handling instructions that will be shipped with your mat.

Pick-Up of Reconditioned Mats

After a purchase order has been received to recondition your wrestling mat, Resilite will contact you about setting up a time when the mats may be returned to the factory.A reconditioning packet will be mailed to you. We ask that you complete the packet of information and order specifications to provide us all the information needed to accurately process your reconditioning order.

It will be your responsibility to provide a crew to help load the mat onto the truck for transportation. Designate someone to be a coordinator. Provide two phone numbers in which the Resilite driver may call the coordinator for a pick-up time.

Please have the mat rolled and ready for transport. If the mat is in poor condition, please send Resilite a picture of the mat or have your local dealer inspect the mat BEFORE scheduling a pick-up. If Resilite picks-up your mat and after inspection at the factory we determine it is in a condition too poor for reconditioning, you will be responsible for any freight charges that occur.

Mat transporters and supplies are shipped by UPS or public carrier depending on size.

Home-Use Wrestling Mats

  • 10' x 10' - 2-Section Home Use Mats
    These mats include shipping by FedEx within the contiguous USA to your home address. Deliveries outside the contiguous USA will require additional cost of shipping & will require additional time for delivery.

  • 10' x 10' – 1-piece Home Use Mats, 12’ x 12’ Mats and 10’ x 15’ Home Use Mats
    Because of size and weight, these mats are shipped via common carrier. You may call Resilite to request a freight quote.

Folding Mats

All Resilite Folding Mats will be SHIPPED FROM our Pennsylvania manufacturing plant. Kwik-Ship Mats generally will ship out within 5 days. Custom, Made-to-Order mats may take 3- 6 weeks for manufacturing and delivery.

Kwik-Ship Gift Ideas / Home Use Specials

Kwik-Ship Gift Idea products are select folding mats, and skill development products that include free delivery within the contiguous US. To ensure that your gift arrives in time for the holidays, birthday, or other special occasion we suggest that you allow at least 10 days for delivery.

Gymnastic, Cheerleading and Other Products

Manufacturing begins as soon as we receive your order. The time that is required to manufacture non-stock products is normally two (2) to four (4) weeks. However, during the holidays the time may be extended to four (4) to six (6) weeks and do not guarantee Christmas delivery.

For large gymnastic or cheerleading orders, Resilite may deliver the order on its own fleet of tractor-trailers.

Wall Padding

Wall Padding may be delivered on our own fleet of tractor-trailers or by LTL Common Freight. It takes approximately 6 to 8 weeks for production and delivery of Wall Padding. During peak production periods and holidays, delivery times may be extended depending on volume. Wall Padding is not guaranteed for Christmas or Holiday delivery.
