Resilite Polyvinyl Formula #457 coating surface is an exclusive Resilite formulation - years tested and developed for the toughness and flexibility needed in a wrestling mat. This coating is applied to both sides and edges of the foam by a sophisticated hot spray method. Since edges are coated, this helps to prevent deterioration and vandalism. Some competitor mats are only covered on one side and edges are exposed which allows deterioration of the foam.

Imagine the advantages! Each side of the mat can be custom designed to your specifications. One side of the mat can be designed for practice, while the opposite side is designed for competition. The flexibility of the coating allows the mat to be rolled from the top or the bottom side for storage. Resilite offers 26 standard colors and can match special colors upon request. School Logos, Sponsor Logos, and letting can be added to either or both sides.

All vinyl coated wrestling mats will experience shrinkage (5 - 7%). Resilite does over-size for this shrinkage. This shrinkage will occur for approximately one year. Resilite guarantees its mats to be within a +_4% tolerance upon completion of the shrinkage process.
