Resilite Wall Padding Solutions

Resilite's Wainscot Wall Padding Panels come in two (2) installation styles - Conventional or Slot-Back -- allowing your wall padding to be installed onto a variety of wall surfaces. Standard wainscot panels are 2' wide by 5' high or 2' wide x 6' high. 4' wide panels can be manufactured for logos to be applied. Custom sizes are available to give a continuous wall protection. We also offer four (4) protective foam cores allowing you to select the padding that is right for you.

GUARDIAN: Provides Light to Medium Duty Protection

Features:

• 1-3/8" thick XLPE Foam Core laminated to 7/16" urea-formaldahyde free OSB.
• Covered with durable fire-resistant 14oz reinforced laminate vinyl, offering superior puncture and tear resistance and compounded with anti-bacterial and anti-fungal agents.

• SPEC DETAIL - Slot-Back Install:
  Guardian 2" - Slot-Back

GUARDIAN XL: Provides Medium to Heavy-Duty Protection

Features:

• 2" thick XLPE Foam Core laminated to 7/16" urea-formaldahyde free OSB.
• Covered with durable fire-resistant 14oz reinforced laminate vinyl, offering superior puncture and tear resistance and compounded with anti-bacterial and anti-fungal agents.
• SPEC DETAIL - Conventional Install:
  Guardian XL 2-1/2" - Conventional
• SPEC DETAIL - Slot-Back Install:
  Guardian XL 2-1/2" - Slot-Back

DUOGUARD: Provides Medium to our Maximum Duty Protection

Features:

• 1-3/8" thick XLPE Foam Core plus an added layer of 5/8" polyurethane foam, laminated to 7/16" urea-formaldahyde free OSB.
• Covered with durable fire-resistant 14oz reinforced laminate vinyl, offering superior puncture and tear resistance and compounded with anti-bacterial and anti-fungal agents.
• SPEC DETAIL - Conventional Install:
  Duoguard 2-5/8" - Conventional
• SPEC DETAIL - Slot-Back Install:
  Duoguard 2-5/8" - Slot-Back

SAFEGUARD PLUS: Medium Duty Protection

Features:

• 1-1/4" thick neoprene compound Foam Core laminated to 7/16" urea-formaldahyde free fire-retardant OSB.
• Covered with durable fire-resistant 14oz reinforced laminate vinyl, offering superior puncture and tear resistance and compounded with anti-bacterial and anti-fungal agents. - Meets ASTM E84 for Class "A" rated wall padding.
• SPEC DETAIL - Conventional Install:
  Safeguard Plus 2" - Conventional
• SPEC DETAIL - Slot-Back Install:
  Safeguard Plus 2" - Slot-Back

Additional Features

Each wainscot panel is covered in our 14 oz or optional 18 oz vinyl fabric colors. If you choose a Safeguard Plus panel, choose from our 14 oz fabric only.
