Resilite uses only the finest crosslink polyethylene and polyurethane foams available for each gymnastic mat. We carefully select the ideal density (shock absorption) and ILD (compression) for the foam core of every gymnastic mat we manufacture. These high-quality foams help athletes learn a new skill with increased performance, safety, and confidence.

Quality Fabric

The quality of vinyl cover of any athletic gymnastic mat is essential in order to receive years of dependable use. Our extra heavy-duty, 18-oz. per square yard, double-coated polyester fabrics for gymnastic mats are available in 9 color choices. The combination of pvc vinyl, high weave count polyester, and top coat fusing gives the best puncture and tear resistance, stitch strength, and abrasion resistance in a fabric covered gymnastic mat. Resilite gymnastic mat covers offer sure footing and look great too. The fabric is compounded with antibacterial and anti-fungal agents and can easily be cleaned with mild soap and water and disinfected.
